Domain Name and Trademark Use Guidelines
Introduction
“Fantra” and related names, logos, and designs are valuable trademarks and assets of Fantra Pty Ltd. We have developed our brand to represent a safe and compliant platform, and we must protect it to prevent misuse, confusion, or infringement. These Domain Name and Trademark Use Guidelines (“Trademark Guidelines”) explain how you may and may not use Fantra’s name, logos, and other brand elements. They apply to all users, creators, affiliates, and third parties who reference Fantra in domains, social media, marketing, or any public materials. By using Fantra (or participating in our referral/affiliate programs), you agree to follow these Guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service and other policies. Unauthorised or misleading use of Fantra’s trademarks may result in account action or legal consequences.
In essence, you cannot use “Fantra” (or our logos or imagery) in ways that imply affiliation, endorsement, or ownership by Fantra, except as specifically permitted here. We encourage you to talk about Fantra and promote your presence on our platform, but you must do so without misrepresenting yourself as Fantra or damaging our brand rights.

Fantra’s Protected Marks and Assets
For clarity, the following are protected as Fantra’s intellectual property (collectively, “Fantra Marks”):
“Fantra” Name: The word “Fantra” itself is our trademark. This includes the exact term “Fantra” as well as confusingly similar terms or misspellings (e.g. “Fantr4”, “Fantra”) when used in a context related to our platform. It also covers the company name Fantra Pty Ltd and our domain name fantra.ai. You may not use the name “Fantra” (or a similar variant) as part of any product, service, domain, or brand name that is not officially from us.
Logos and Brand Images: Our official logos, icons, graphics, and any distinctive visual elements of Fantra’s brand (including the design of our website/app, colour schemes, or illustrations we’ve created) are protected. This includes any creator badges or official banners that we issue. These assets are typically provided via our official Brand or Media kit. Do not modify or use our logos without permission except as allowed in these Guidelines.
Slogans and Taglines: If Fantra uses any taglines or slogans in marketing (for example, a phrase like “AI-powered creativity” associated with Fantra), those are also protected. Do not appropriate our slogans in your materials in a way that confuses users into thinking your materials are from Fantra.
Combination Marks: Any combination of the above (our name plus our logo, etc.) is equally protected. Also, any marks that are confusingly similar to our name or logo – for instance, creating a logo that uses a similar font and design as the Fantra logo – will be treated as a misuse of our brand.
These Marks are protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws. Fantra reserves all rights to them. You acquire no rights to use our brand except as expressly outlined here or approved in writing by us. We may update our list of protected marks over time (for example, if we launch new sub-brands or features).
General Rules for Using Fantra’s Brand
When referencing Fantra in any capacity, follow these general rules:
Do Not Misrepresent: You must not use Fantra’s name, logo, or brand elements in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or ownership by Fantra. Any use that could confuse someone into thinking your website, product, service, or statement is officially from Fantra is prohibited. Unless you have a written license or partnership agreement, you are simply a user of Fantra, not an agent or representative.
Follow Permitted Use Cases: Use of Fantra’s Marks is only allowed in the limited ways described under “Permitted Uses” below. Any other use requires prior written permission from Fantra. When in doubt, ask us first at admin@fantra.ai. For example, if you want to produce merchandise with our logo, you must obtain a license – don’t assume it’s okay.
Quality and Integrity: If you are using our Marks as allowed, do not alter them or use them in derogatory ways. For instance, do not change our logo’s colours or proportions, stretch it, or combine it with other graphics in a confusing manner. Do not use our name or logo in connection with obscene or inappropriate material. Any allowed use should uphold Fantra’s brand integrity – we may revoke permission if use is harmful to our image.
Legal Compliance: Any use of Fantra’s Marks must comply with applicable trademark law and truth-in-advertising law. Never use our Marks in a way that infringes or dilutes them. For example, using “Fantra” in a domain to operate a similar service could be trademark infringement and cybersquatting, which is illegal in many jurisdictions. Similarly, making false claims like “partnered with Fantra” when not true can be considered deceptive advertising. Always use our brand in a factual, limited way.
By adhering to these rules, you help protect both you and Fantra from legal issues and confusion. Now, let’s detail what’s not allowed and what is allowed when it comes to Fantra’s name and trademarks.
Prohibited Uses of Fantra’s Name and Trademarks
You may NOT do the following with Fantra’s name, logo, or branding:
Domain Names and URLs: Do not register or use any domain name that includes “fantra” or confusingly similar terms. This applies to any top-level domain (e.g. fantra.com, fantra.io, fantra-net.com, etc.) as well as subdomains (e.g. fantra.somewebsite.com). Using our mark in a domain is likely to cause confusion about the site’s affiliation. For example, fantra-platform.io or onlyfantra.com would improperly suggest an association with us. If you currently own a domain with our mark, you must not use it in connection with any product/service related to our industry. Fantra may pursue transfer or cancellation of such domains through legal action or domain dispute proceedings (UDRP) as necessary to protect our rights. Simply put, do not cybersquat on Fantra’s name.
Social Media and Account Names: Do not create social media accounts, page names, or handles that use Fantra’s name or brand in a misleading way. For example, @FantraSupport, FantraOfficial, Fantra_Australia, or FantraTeamJohn are not permitted for unaffiliated users. Even names like “Fantra Fans Club” can confuse people and are discouraged unless clearly unofficial (and even then, permission is needed to use the trademark in the title). You may of course mention Fantra in your bio (see Permitted Uses), but don’t name your profile as if you are Fantra. Impersonating Fantra or its employees on any platform is a serious violation (and likely fraud). If we discover such accounts, we will request the platform to remove or rename them, and if you’re a Fantra user, your Fantra account may be suspended.
Apps and Software: Without a license, you may not use “Fantra” in the name or branding of any software, application, plug-in, or tool. For instance, a browser extension cannot be called “Fantra Downloader” without permission. Similarly, an app that works with Fantra’s service should use a descriptive name not incorporating our mark. Using our trademark in your software name implies it’s an official Fantra product, which is prohibited.
Business Names and Products: You cannot incorporate “Fantra” into your own company name, trade name, product name, or service name. For example, you cannot run an agency called “Fantra Marketing Services” or sell a product called “Fantra Content Pack”. Even if you are an affiliate who promotes Fantra, you must use your own distinct branding. We do not allow “Fantra” in business registrations or product lines by others.
Merchandise and Goods: Do not manufacture, sell, or distribute any merchandise bearing Fantra’s name, logo, or imagery without explicit permission. This includes clothing, hats, mugs, stickers, or any promotional items. For example, you can’t print the Fantra logo on t-shirts to sell to fans, and creators cannot make merch with our logo either (unless we’ve provided official co-branding materials). Additionally, do not use our logo or name on product packaging or in marketing materials for physical goods. (Exception: using the name “Fantra” in a textual sentence, like “connect with me on Fantra,” in a flyer or card is allowed – see Permitted Uses – but the logo should not be used without permission.) The rule of thumb: Fantra’s brand should not appear to endorse or be part of any product you create.
Advertising and Search Keywords: You may not purchase or use Fantra’s trademark in online advertising in a misleading manner. For instance, buying Google Ads that use “Fantra” as a keyword or in the ad text to drive traffic to your own site is prohibited unless we have given written permission. This ensures that when people search for Fantra, they find official information and not third-party promotions masquerading as us. Similarly, do not use our logo or name in banner ads, sponsored posts, or other advertisements in a way that suggests Fantra is authoring or endorsing the ad. Affiliates in particular should note: no paid ads using Fantra’s brand without clearance. Focus on organic promotion and use your referral links ethically.
False Affiliation or Endorsement Claims: Never state or imply that you are partnered with, endorsed by, or an official representative of Fantra if that is not true. Misleading phrases to avoid include “in collaboration with Fantra”, “official Fantra ambassador”, “sponsored by Fantra” (unless you are actually in a Fantra-run sponsorship program), etc. Affiliates and referrers are not official partners; you are independent promoters. You may say “I earn commission from Fantra for referrals” (that’s factual), but not “I work for Fantra” if you don’t. Any use of our logo or name should be accompanied by a clear disclaimer if there could be any doubt (e.g. “This site is not operated by Fantra”). Misrepresenting your relationship with us is a serious violation of trust and can result in termination of any affiliate/referral benefits and possibly your user account.
Fantra Imitations and Parodies: While parody and satire might be protected in some contexts, do not create parodies of Fantra’s service or website using our trade dress or logos in a way that confuses users. Imitating our entire website or app UI, or using a URL and branding that is one letter off to mock or trick users (e.g. a phishing site), is absolutely forbidden and illegal. We will treat such cases as attempted fraud or phishing. Even good-faith fan “parody” accounts on social media must avoid using our exact logo or name – make it obvious it’s unofficial and comedic. When in doubt, steer clear of using our marks for parody to avoid any legal issues.
In summary, if it’s not your brand, don’t use it as if it were. Fantra’s name and logos should not appear in your domains, account names, product titles, or marketing unless we’ve explicitly said it’s okay. These prohibitions protect both users (from confusion and scams) and Fantra (from brand dilution and misuse).
Permitted Uses of Fantra’s Brand
We understand that creators and fans will want to talk about Fantra and promote their profiles. There are certain acceptable ways to refer to Fantra’s brand that won’t violate these Guidelines, as long as you follow the rules:
Truthful Statements: You may use the word “Fantra” in plain text to make true factual statements about our platform. For example: “Follow me on Fantra,” “I am a creator on Fantra,” “Check out my Fantra profile,” or “This content is available exclusively on Fantra.” These kinds of references are allowed and encouraged – they help grow our community. Just ensure the context makes it clear that Fantra is a platform you use, and not your own brand. Use “on Fantra” or “my Fantra page” rather than something that sounds like you are Fantra.
Profile Links and URLs: You are of course allowed to share and display the URL to your Fantra profile or referral links. For instance, printing “fantra.ai/YourUsername” on your personal business card or social media bio is fine. This is considered nominative use (referring to the platform by name to direct people to it). Make sure that if you shorten or stylise the URL, it’s still clear it’s a Fantra link. Do not obscure the link to trick people – only use it to genuinely send users to Fantra’s site.
Social Media Bios and Posts: You can mention Fantra in your social media profiles and posts. E.g., a Twitter bio might say “Creator on Fantra @YourUsername.” This is allowed because it’s a factual descriptor. You can also use the Fantra name in hashtags or casual mentions (e.g. #Fantra, or tweeting “I just launched on Fantra!”). These uses are fine as long as you aren’t using our logo as your profile picture or naming your account “FantraOfficial” as covered under Prohibited Uses. In short, naming or tagging Fantra to reference the platform is OK – misrepresenting as Fantra is not.
Fantra Provided Assets (Badges/Logos): If Fantra provides official badges, buttons, or logos for users/creators to use (for example, a “Fantra logo + username” lockup, or an embeddable “Follow me on Fantra” button), you may use those as provided and solely for the purpose of linking to or promoting your Fantra profile. For instance, if we have a downloadable icon that says “Find me on Fantra,” you can put that on your website or in a video description to encourage viewers to visit your Fantra page. When using official assets:
Do not alter them – use the file exactly as given (aside from resizing as needed). Changing colours or wording is not allowed.
Position them appropriately – they should refer only to you on Fantra, not give the impression your website is run by Fantra. For example, a small Fantra badge on your site next to other social media icons (Twitter, Instagram, etc.) is appropriate.
Follow any additional guidelines we provide with the asset (some assets might come with a short terms of use).
If at any point Fantra updates or revokes certain assets, you should remove or replace them accordingly. (We might update our logo, for instance, and ask that old versions not be used.)
Nominative Fair Use: In general, you can use “Fantra” to refer to us when necessary to identify our platform, as long as the use is minimal and not branding your own product. For example, a journalist writing an article can mention Fantra by name and even include our logo for illustrative purposes under fair use. A YouTuber reviewing adult platforms can say “Fantra” and show our homepage in a video. These uses, which are just referring to us, are typically lawful. The key is they should not mislead viewers into thinking we endorse that article or video. Often a disclaimer like “Fantra is a registered trademark of Fantra Pty Ltd, and I have no affiliation” is a good practice in such cases.
Comparative Advertising: If you for some reason needed to compare Fantra to another service (say, in a blog or review), you may use the name “Fantra” to identify us, again provided it’s clear you don’t represent us. For instance, “SiteX offers higher commissions than Fantra” – permissible as a statement of fact/opinion in a review context (though make sure such claims are accurate and not defamatory). You still cannot use our logo in your own ads to claim this.
Community Fan Initiatives (with Permission): If you want to run a fan page, forum, or community group about Fantra (e.g. a subreddit or Discord named “FantraCreators”), you must clearly label it as “unofficial” and not affiliated. Generally, we do allow fan communities as long as they don’t abuse the brand. Using “Fantra” in the name of a fan site or group is sensitive – you should seek our okay first. At minimum, include a prominent note like “This is an unofficial fan community, not endorsed by Fantra.” And of course, even fan communities cannot violate other rules (no leaks of content, etc.). Fantra may withdraw tolerance of such use if the community breaches our trust or confuses users.
To summarise Permitted Uses: You can say you’re on Fantra and direct people to Fantra. You can use our official badges to indicate your presence. You can talk about Fantra in a factual way. Just don’t overstep into using our brand as if it were yours or as if you represent us. When using our name in text, it’s good practice to differentiate it (capitalise it properly, perhaps use a different font style if in print, etc.) to show it’s a reference to our brand.
If you follow these guidelines, you should be able to promote yourself and discuss Fantra freely without issue.
Usage in Merchandise and Promotions
Because misuse often happens in merchandise and promotional materials, here are additional clarifications:
Printed Materials (Flyers, Posters, Etc.): You may include the word “Fantra” in textual references on printed promotional material for yourself. For example, a flyer for your modelling services can say “Exclusive content on Fantra – visit fantra.ai/Username.” This is allowed as a descriptive reference. However, do not feature the Fantra logo prominently as though we are co-sponsoring the flyer, unless we are. The Fantra name should likely be in the same font/style as the rest of your text (or a simple bold) rather than our official logo font, to avoid implying it’s an official Fantra publication. If you want to use our logo image on a poster, you must get permission.
Giveaways and Swag: If you are creating swag (like wristbands, pens, etc.) to give away to your fans, you should not put the Fantra logo or name on them in a way that suggests official merch. You can use your own branding or slogan, and you might include a small text like “mysite.com | fantra.ai/YourName” to show where to find you. That kind of listing is fine. But making the entire item about Fantra (e.g. a hat that just says “Fantra”) is not allowed unless we sanctioned it.
Collaborative Merchandise: If Fantra ever runs an official merchandise program or allows co-branded items (for instance, maybe top creators get to make a special T-shirt with Fantra), that will come with explicit terms. Outside of that, assume no co-branding on merchandise is allowed.
Use of Fantra in Ads for Your Offerings: Suppose you are a creator making an advertisement (online or print) for your own content. You can mention Fantra to let viewers know where to find you. E.g., an Instagram promo image could say “Subscribe to my Fantra!” or have the text “Fantra.com/YourName” (though note our actual domain is fantra.ai – use correct domain). That’s fine. Just avoid using our exact logo unless it’s an official asset we provided, and ensure your ad’s overall design doesn’t mimic Fantra’s branding. It should look like your ad, which mentions Fantra, not a Fantra-made ad.
Third-Party Promotions and Media: If you’re being interviewed or running a promotion on a third-party platform and Fantra comes up, stick to the permitted textual references. For example, in a podcast you can say “I’m on a platform called Fantra.” If a magazine needs our logo to include in an article about you, refer them to us for proper assets and permission.
Creator Badge and Logo Usage
Fantra may provide creator badges or logo files to help you identify yourself as a Fantra creator. If we do:
Use Official Badges Only: Do not create your own version of a Fantra logo or badge. Always use the graphics exactly as provided by Fantra (download them from our official site or creator portal). Fan-made logos can often distort our brand or be incorrect in colour/proportion, which we can’t allow.
Purpose of Use: Our badges/logos will be provided for specific uses – typically to embed on your website, social profile, email signature, or video content to link to Fantra. Use them only for those purposes. Do not put a Fantra badge on something unrelated to your Fantra profile. And certainly do not use it to imply Fantra endorses something else (like putting a Fantra logo next to an unrelated product).
No Alterations: This bears repeating – do not modify our logo or badge. That includes not combining it with other logos, not adding your own text on it (beyond any space we might allow for your username in a template), and not changing colours. If we give a vector or image file, use it as-is. If you need a different size, scale proportionally. If you need a different colour to show up on a background, request a monochrome or alternate version from us – do not recolour it yourself.
Attribution: It’s generally not needed to add ™ or ® symbols when using our provided badges (we incorporate that in our materials as needed). But if you do use just the word “Fantra” in text in something like a press release, it can be a good idea to add “®” after it on the first mention (Fantra®) to indicate it’s a registered trademark (in jurisdictions where applicable). Check our official communications for guidance on this. We won’t be too strict on trademark symbols for user-created content, but it’s a nice courtesy in formal usage.
Withdrawal of Permission: If at any time we notice misuse of the badges or decide to discontinue external use, we may notify creators to stop using them. You must comply and remove the badges if asked. Our branding strategy might change, and you agree to respect any updated instructions about logo use.
Remember, the goal of these badges and logos is to help you direct people to Fantra, not to give you a Fantra “seal of approval” for other things. Use them narrowly and correctly.
Enforcement of Trademark Guidelines
Protecting our brand is crucial. Fantra will enforce these Trademark Guidelines to prevent confusion and infringement. Measures we may take include:
Requests to Cease Use: For minor or unintentional misuses, we might reach out with a friendly request or formal cease-and-desist notice asking you to stop the problematic use. For example, if you register a domain like “fantra-fansite.com” in good faith, we may ask you to transfer or shut it down. Prompt compliance will often resolve the issue without further action.
Takedowns and Removal: We may directly contact third-party services to remove infringing uses. This means if you have an offending social media handle or page, we can report it to the platform for violation of their trademark or impersonation policies, which often results in removal of the content or renaming of the account. The same goes for app stores – if an app violates our marks, we will file complaints to have it taken down.
Domain Recovery: In cases of bad-faith domain registration, Fantra can pursue formal domain dispute proceedings (such as through ICANN’s UDRP or via relevant country-specific processes) to obtain control of domains that include our trademark. We may also engage legal counsel to send demands to domain owners. Cybersquatting is illegal in many places, and egregious cases (like someone hosting a fake Fantra login page) will be dealt with swiftly. We prefer to resolve amicably, but we’re prepared to escalate as needed.
Account Suspension or Ban: If a Fantra user (creator or fan) is found to be deliberately misusing our brand (say, running a scam site with our name or pretending to be support), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate their Fantra account. Such behaviour is a breach of our Terms of Service and trust. For example, an affiliate who violates advertising rules by running deceptive Fantra ads might lose their affiliate status and also face account penalties.
Legal Action: Unauthorised use of our trademarks can lead to trademark infringement or dilution lawsuits. Fantra will consider legal action for severe cases, especially if the misuse is harming users (e.g., phishing, fraud) or harming our reputation. Legal remedies could include court injunctions (forcing you to stop use), claims for monetary damages (if we suffered harm or if you profited off our name), and in some jurisdictions, statutory penalties for wilful trademark infringement. We prefer not to go to court, but we will do so to protect our community and brand if necessary.
Costs and Damages: If we have to pursue legal action or domain disputes, we may seek to recover costs and attorneys’ fees if the law allows, particularly in cases of wilful infringement or bad faith. This is simply to say – it’s not worth fighting us on clear misuse, as it could become expensive for the infringer.
Cooperation with Authorities: In the event any misuse of our brand is part of criminal activity (for instance, someone running a phishing scheme using a “Fantra” impersonation), we will involve law enforcement. Protecting our users is the top priority, and that includes shutting down fraud or scams using our name.
If you receive a communication from Fantra regarding misuse of our trademark, take it seriously and respond promptly. Our aim is usually to resolve the issue without heavy-handed measures, but lack of response or refusal to comply will force us to escalate enforcement.
Contact and Reporting
If you are unsure whether your intended use of Fantra’s brand is allowed, please contact us at admin@fantra.ai before proceeding. We can often clarify or grant specific permission if appropriate. It’s much easier to ask first than to fix a problem later.
Also, if you spot someone else misusing Fantra’s name or logo, especially in scams or impersonations, please report it to us. For example, if you find a website “fantra-support.example” that looks fraudulent, let us know. The same goes for social media profiles pretending to be Fantra or any suspicious use of our branding. We greatly appreciate the community’s help in safeguarding our collective space.
By following these Trademark Guidelines, you help maintain a trustworthy environment and prevent user confusion. We value our creators and fans and want you to promote yourselves and Fantra in harmony. These rules aren’t here to restrict genuine fandom or business – they’re to stop bad actors and ensure everyone knows what’s official. Thank you for respecting Fantra’s brand. Together, we can grow the platform while keeping its identity clear and strong.
