Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out the circumstances under which Fantra may provide refunds or accept cancellations for purchases, subscriptions, or other paid services on the platform. This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to all Users and Creators. If there is a conflict between this Policy and the Terms, this Policy will govern matters relating to refunds and cancellations. All defined terms have the meanings given in the Terms of Service unless otherwise stated.

 

General Policy – All Sales Final

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a specific promotion or offer, all payments made on Fantra are non-refundable. By making a purchase or subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:

Subscription fees are charged in advance for the applicable billing period and will not be refunded once charged.

One-time content purchases (including pay-per-view content, tips, and custom content) are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will only be issued where required by applicable consumer protection laws or in exceptional cases at Fantra’s sole discretion.

 

Subscription Cancellations

User-initiated Cancellation: You may cancel a subscription at any time via your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will continue to have access to subscriber-only content from that Creator until the end of the period already paid for.

No Retroactive Refunds: Cancelling a subscription will stop future billing cycles but will not result in a refund for any portion of the current billing period.

Re-subscribing: If you choose to re-subscribe after cancellation, the new subscription will begin immediately upon payment, subject to the Creator’s current pricing and terms.

 

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to paid content or services:

You must notify Fantra Customer Support promptly, providing sufficient detail (e.g., payment receipt, screenshots, and description of the problem).

At our discretion, we may offer a remedy such as a replacement, account credit, or extension of access time. Remedies are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Creators: If a Fan’s payment to you is refunded, reversed, or charged back, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your Creator earnings. If the amount has already been paid out to you, you may be required to reimburse Fantra or it may be offset against future payouts.

Fans: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Fantra to attempt resolution will result in account suspension or termination.

We reserve the right to challenge any unfounded or fraudulent chargeback and to provide evidence of your transactions to the payment provider.

 

Promotional Offers and Free Trials

If you participate in a promotional offer or free trial, the applicable terms will be disclosed at the time of the offer.

If you do not cancel before the end of a free trial, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and standard cancellation rules will apply.

Promotional rates apply only for the specified period; after that, regular rates will apply unless stated otherwise.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

 

Fantra may, at its sole discretion, grant a refund or cancellation in exceptional situations such as:

            •          Duplicate payments caused by technical error.

            •          Proven fraud or unauthorised transaction (subject to investigation).

            •          Errors in content delivery where the purchased content was not as described.

Any such refund or cancellation will be processed back to the original payment method where possible, and may take up to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Legal Compliance

This Policy is subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, including the Australian Consumer Law, which may grant you statutory rights that cannot be excluded. Where required by such laws, Fantra will provide remedies such as repair, replacement, or refund if goods or services fail to meet statutory guarantees.
