Fantra is strictly 18+ only. During registration, users must affirm their age (18+). We use a third-party age verification provider for compliance: Fans are required to confirm they are adults via self-attestation, and in certain jurisdictions may be asked for additional proof if law requires. Creators must complete full ID verification, and may require passing a passive liveness check before being allowed to publish content or receive payouts. • Adult means a person who is 18 years of age or older, or any higher age of majority in the user location

• Age Verification means the process used to confirm a user is an Adult through a third party verification service

• Identity Verification Provider means the specialised third party that performs checks

• Liveness Check means a real time test used by the provider to confirm the person is present

• Verification Record means our internal confirmation that verification occurred, with only minimal data retained

• Age Gate means the entry control that restricts access to adults only

• 2257 and 2257A mean the United States record keeping laws referenced in this Statement

Key points of our age verification program:

• Identity Verification Provider: We partner with a specialised third-party service to perform secure age and identity checks. When you sign up, you will be prompted to provide proof of identity (such as a driver’s licence, passport, or government-issued ID, and potentially a selfie or live photo for liveness check). This information is submitted directly to the verification service through an encrypted connection. The provider examines the documents/facial scan and confirms to us whether your age is 18 or above (and that the ID is valid).

• Privacy of Verification Data: Fantra does not store the raw ID images or biometric data you submit for age verification beyond the duration of the verification process. The verification provider will typically retain the data only as long as necessary to perform the check and record the result, per their privacy policy. Fantra itself retains only a record that verification was completed, the date it occurred, and the outcome (pass/fail). We may also store non-identifying data such as your birth date or age range as needed for compliance. All sensitive information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

• Global Compliance: Our age verification practices are designed to meet or exceed global requirements. This includes U.S. standards for preventing minor access to adult content, forthcoming UK Online Safety/age assurance requirements, Australian regulations or eSafety guidance on age verification, and any similar laws in the EU or other jurisdictions that mandate strict age-gating for online adult content. We monitor legal developments to ensure our methods remain compliant with the highest standards of “reasonable age verification” where required. For example, some jurisdictions have enacted laws requiring pornographic or adult sites to verify age via ID checks – Fantra’s procedures fulfill those obligations by ensuring only verified adults gain entry.

• No Tolerance for Evasion: If we discover that a user has falsified information or otherwise evaded the age checks (for example, an under-18 individual using a fake ID or someone else’s identity), we will immediately terminate the account. In such cases, any personal data collected from the minor will be deleted, except as needed to comply with legal record-keeping (for instance, we may retain a minimal record of an attempted underage access as evidence of our compliance efforts, if required by law). We also encourage parents or guardians to contact us at our support email if they believe an underage person has attempted to use our platform, so we can ensure their data is removed.

• Ongoing Compliance: Users may be required to reconfirm their age or identity periodically or upon reasonable request. For example, if account ownership is in doubt or if suspicious activity suggests an account may have been transferred to a minor, we reserve the right to ask for re-verification. We also comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2257record-keeping requirements as detailed below, which includes maintaining proof of age for all persons depicted in any content on our service, in as much as that law is applicable.
