Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the standards of conduct for all users of the Fantra platform. By using Fantra, you agree to abide by these rules, which are designed to ensure a safe, legal, and respectful environment for everyone. This Policy supplements our Terms of Service and other Fantra policies. If there is any conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, the terms of this Policy will prevail for matters it specifically addresses. All defined terms used herein have the meanings given in the Terms of Service, unless otherwise stated.

Important: Fantra is an 18+ platform. All users must confirm they are 18 or older during registration (no minors allowed). Fans satisfy this by self-attestation at sign-up, while Creators are required to undergo full identity verification as per our KYC policy. Any attempt to bypass age checks or provide false age/ID information is prohibited and grounds for termination. Any attempt to misuse the platform contrary to these rules may result in account suspension or termination, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement or other authorities.

Definitions

For clarity, here are key definitions related to this document.

• Service means the Fantra platform and related features

• User means any person who uses the Service, including Fans and Creators, who is 18 or older

• Content means any text, images, audio, video, prompts or outputs connected with the Service

• Prohibited Conduct means behaviour that breaches this Policy, including impersonation, harassment, hate speech and attempts to evade security or age checks

• Prohibited Content means content that breaches this Policy, including any depiction of minors, non consensual activity, bestiality, incest, extreme violence or obscenity, illegal instructions, or deepfakes of real people without consent

• Moderation means our review and enforcement activities to uphold the rules

1. General Use

1. Lawful and Personal Use Only: You may only access and use Fantra for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Policy. Use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment or creative purposes. You must not use Fantra to conduct any illegal activities, to facilitate crime, or in any way that violates any laws or regulations.

2. Account Integrity: Each user must maintain the security and integrity of their account.

   1. Do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your Fantra account to anyone else. Your login credentials must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

   2. You may not create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes or to bypass our content or engagement limits. (Creating separate profiles for legitimate, disclosed purposes may be allowed only if it does not violate any rule and each account is independently verified as 18+.)

   3. Impersonation is prohibited. Do not misrepresent yourself or pretend to be someone else (whether another user, a Fantra staff member, a public figure, or any other person or entity). Also, do not falsely state or imply any affiliation, endorsement, or partnership between you and Fantra or any other person or entity without authorisation.

   4. Provide truthful and accurate information. You must not provide false registration details, fake identification, or any other fraudulent information to us. Misrepresentation during our KYC Verificationprocess (e.g. using someone else’s ID or an altered document) is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.

3. Age Restrictions: Users under 18 years of age are not allowed on Fantra under any circumstances. You affirm that you are 18 or older by using the service. Furthermore, any individual required to register as a sex offender (or who appears on any child abuse registry) is prohibited from using Fantra. We reserve the right to terminate or deny access to anyone who fails our age verification checks or is found to fall into these prohibited categories.

4. Behaviour Towards Others: Fantra is a community, and we expect users to treat each other with respect and courtesy.

4. Do not stalk, bully, harass, threaten, or intimidate other users. This includes sending unwanted messages of an abusive, sexual, or threatening nature.

5. Hate speech or hateful conduct is not tolerated (see further details in Section 2.4 below).

6. Do not engage in personal attacks, doxxing (posting someone’s personal information), or encouraging others to target someone for harassment.

7. Remember that even though Fantra’s content features fictional AI-generated characters, you may still interact with other real users in forums, comments, or support channels. Treat others as you would want to be treated. If you disagree with someone, disagree respectfully.

5. Platform Security and Integrity: You must not attempt to circumvent or interfere with any security features or access controls on Fantra. This includes:

5. No attempting to bypass age gates or content filters. They are there for compliance and user safety.

6. No using exploits, bots, cheats, or any automated processes to gain unfair advantage or access parts of the service not intended for you.

7. No probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of our systems or networks, and no breaching or bypassing our security mechanisms.

6. No Illegal Use: Do not use Fantra for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, using the platform to disseminate malware or phishing, to plan or engage in criminal activities, or to launder money. If it’s illegal in the offline world, it’s illegal on Fantra too.

7. One Account per Person: Except with our express permission, each user should have only one Fantra account, and each account should correspond to a single real individual who has been verified. Creating accounts under false identities or creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions or gain rewards (e.g., referral bonuses), is prohibited (see also Section 4 on Referral Abuse if applicable).

8. Compliance with Other Policies: You must follow all other Fantra policies that apply to you or the content you engage with. This includes this Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, KYC Verification Policy, and any other guidelines we publish. For example, our Community Guidelines or any AI content guidelines on the platform are incorporated by reference into this Policy. Failure to follow any of our policies can result in enforcement action.

2. Content Restrictions

Fantra allows users to upload and view adult-oriented, fictional, AI-generated content. However, we impose strict rules on what content is forbidden or limited. All content on Fantra is created by users (using their own AI tools off-platform) and must comply with the standards below. No content that violates these rules may be uploaded or shared, regardless of how it was created.

2.1 General Conduct and Prohibited Material

1. Illegal or Harmful Content: Do not generate, upload, share, or solicit any content that is illegal, encourages illegality, or could create legal liability. This includes content that:

   • Depicts or encourages violence or criminal activity (e.g. instructions for making a weapon or engaging in criminal conduct).

   • Is fraudulent or intentionally misleading (e.g. scams, impersonation as noted above, or phishing content).

   • Could be considered obscene or unlawful in the jurisdiction where it is viewed or created.

2. Minors – Absolutely Forbidden: Any content that depicts or implies the involvement of minors (individuals under 18) in any sexual, violent, or exploitative situation is strictly prohibited. This includes:

   • Actual minors: You must not create any depiction of a real minor (including images that might use a real child’s likeness).

   • Fictional minors: You must not even fictionally portray anyone under 18 in sexual or abusive contexts. All characters in erotic or violent content must be and appear to be adults. Any “age-play” or attempts to make an AI character seem underage (through appearance, dialogue, or implication) is banned.

   • We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any attempt to generate CSAM or anything appearing to sexualise children will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.

3. No Real People in Content: All content on Fantra must be fictional. Do not upload or attempt to create content that includes real individuals (whether public figures or private persons) unless you have their explicit written consent and they are over 18. This means:

   • You may not use Fantra to create “deepfakes” or synthetic pornographic content of real people. Using a celebrity’s name or image to generate sexual content is prohibited as it violates that person’s rights and consent.

   • You may not upload photographs or videos of real people to the platform (Fantra does not permit user-uploaded media of real humans). Any attempt to bypass this (for example, by disguising a photo as an AI output) is a violation.

   • Do not include personal data of any real person in your content (see Privacy section below).

4. Content You Don’t Own or Have Rights To: Do not incorporate or share any content that you do not have the legal right to use. Since Fantra is AI-only content, this generally means:

   • Don’t try to import or use images, videos, or text from other sources that are copyrighted or proprietary.

   • Don’t attempt to recreate copyrighted characters, logos, or trademarked material in your generated content. Using famous fictional characters or brand imagery in your outputs could infringe intellectual property rights and is not allowed without permission.

   • Essentially, assume that any specific media or character from outside Fantra is off-limits unless it’s your own original creation or clearly in the public domain.

5. No External Solicitation: Fantra is not a marketplace for external products or services. Do not use the platform to advertise or sell third-party goods or services (pornographic or otherwise), solicit personal information from other users for commercial purposes, or drive users to external adult sites. Any such posts or content will be removed and may result in a ban.

2.2 Prohibited Content Categories

Certain categories of content are strictly forbidden on Fantra due to their harmful, illegal, or unethical nature. You must not generate or share any content that falls into or closely resembles the following categories:

1. Sexual Violence and Exploitation: Absolutely no content that depicts, glorifies, or encourages sexual activities which are non-consensual or exploitative. This includes rape, sexual assault, incest, bestiality (sexual acts with animals or animal-like creatures), necrophilia, sex trafficking, or any form of coerced or forced sexual activity. Content involving hypnosis or intoxication to induce sexual acts, or portrayal of individuals who are unable to consent, is forbidden. Even if “fictional” or “fantasy,” such content is not allowed on Fantra.

2. Extremely Obscene Material: While Fantra allows explicit adult content between consenting fictional adults, there are limits. Do not create or share content that a reasonable person would find highly obscene or disturbing. This includes but is not limited to sexual content involving torture or real violence (gore or snuff), genital mutilation, permanent harm, bestiality (as noted), scatological or vomit fetishes (e.g. consumption of urine, faces, vomit) , or any fetish that is extreme to the point of posing severe risk to life or health. Such extreme content is prohibited even if all parties are fictional adults.

3. Self-Harm or Suicide Promotion: Content that encourages or glorifies suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders is not allowed. It’s acceptable to depict mental health struggles in a respectful, non-triggering manner (for example, in a narrative context), but anything seen as encouraging self-harm or providing instructions for self-harm is banned.

4. Weapons, Drugs, and Crime: Do not depict or promote the illegal use of firearms or weapons, or the sale/manufacture of weapons. Do not portray or encourage the use, making, or distribution of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia. Content that appears to facilitate the buying/selling of controlled substances or provides instructions to commit crimes (like how to hack, how to make explosives, etc.) is forbidden.

5. “Revenge Porn” / Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery: Although Fantra does not host real images, the principle extends: you must not share any intimate or explicit content that depicts an identifiable person without that person’s consent. If you somehow come into possession of someone’s private photos or videos, you absolutely cannot distribute them on Fantra. (This should never happen given Fantra’s AI-only nature, but this rule is stated for completeness.)

6. Obscenity and Decency Laws: In some jurisdictions, certain extreme sexual acts or obscenities are illegal to distribute. You are responsible for not creating content that could be considered illegal obscenity in your or our jurisdiction. When in doubt, err on the side of caution and refrain from generating content that is extremely graphic or extreme.

7.    You must not create, upload, or distribute any content that depicts or claims to depict a real identifiable person without that person’s documented consent. This includes the use of a person’s name, image, voice, biometric data, social handle, or other identifying features. This rule applies even if you alter the content or claim it is fictional where a reasonable person could still identify the individual.

2.3 Sexual and Explicit Content Guidelines

Fantra’s core content is adult-oriented and explicit content between consenting fictional adults is permitted. However, it must adhere to the boundaries below:

1. Fictional Consenting Adults Only: All sexual content must involve fictional characters who are adults (18+) and have the capacity to consent. Any scenario that even hints at minors (see above), or non-consensual acts, is disallowed. Consent can be withdrawn in a scenario; portraying a clear lack of consent (rape fantasy) is not allowed.

2. No Exploitation or Trafficking Themes: Do not depict scenarios of human trafficking, forced prostitution, or sexual slavery. While roleplay between consenting fictional adults is one thing, scenarios that closely mirror real-world exploitation (e.g. someone held captive for sex against their will) are forbidden.

3. No Incest: Sexual content between family members (actual or implied) is banned on Fantra. Even if the characters are fictional, do not create parent/child, siblings, or other incestuous scenarios.

4. No Bestiality or Animal Sexual Content: As stated, any sexual content involving animals (or anthropomorphised animal characters where an animal is essentially the participant) is not allowed. Fictional fantasy creatures that are sentient and clearly not real animals (for example, consenting adult aliens or mythical beings that can communicate and consent) may be permissible, but use extreme caution. Anything that resembles real animal harm or exploitation is banned.

5. No Extreme Fetishes of Concern: Certain fetishes are not allowed due to safety or legality issues. This includes necrophilia (sex with corpses), “snuff” (murder) porn, actual torture, permanent injury, cannibalism, and so forth as described in 2.2. Some other fetishes like extreme bondage (involving life-threatening harm) or asphyxiation/strangulation play are not allowed because of the risk and violent nature. When in doubt about a fetish, contact support or err on the side of caution.

6. Marking/Tagging Content: Ensure you tag or mark your content appropriately as “NSFW” or “18+” if and where the platform provides such options. This helps with user safety and content discovery. Failure to mark explicit content correctly (if you somehow bypassed platform defaults) could be considered a violation.

7. Public Setting Depictions: While this likely applies more to real content, note that generating sexual content meant to depict a real public setting where it would be illegal (e.g. explicit acts in a public park with onlookers) is discouraged and may be disallowed. Since this is AI content, it’s fictional, but we still avoid normalising illegal public sexual behavior.

2.4 Hate Speech, Harassment, and Discrimination

Fantra has a zero-tolerance policy for content that attacks or maligns people based on protected characteristics, or that harasses individuals in a serious manner.

1. No Hate Speech: Do not create or share content that includes slurs, epithets, or derogatory remarks aimed at a group or individual based on attributes such as race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic that is protected under law. This includes fictional scenarios where such language is used to vilify or humiliate. Contextual portrayals (for example, a historical scenario showing a character using a slur) are strongly discouraged and, if done, must clearly not endorse the hate message. However, it’s best to avoid such language entirely on our platform.

2. No Harassment or Bullying: You may not generate content (including text prompts or comments) that attacks, threatens, or encourages harm against another person. This includes:

   • Wishing death, injury, or illness on someone.

   • Encouraging someone to harm themselves.

   • A sustained campaign of name-calling or belittlement.

   • Sexual harassment, such as unwanted sexual advances in roleplay toward a user who has indicated disinterest.

3. No Non-Consensual Sexualisation: Do not create content that sexually objectifies or manipulates another real person without their consent. This includes “deepfake” pornography or any AI-generated sexual content that purports to depict a real individual (as stated, this is banned), as well as any scenario where you describe another user or person in a sexual manner against their will. (E.g., do not use another user’s username or likeness in your prompt to generate sexual content “with” that person.)

4. No Doxxing or Personal Attacks: You must not share anyone’s personal information (address, real name, workplace, photos, etc.) as a form of harassment or expose. This platform is not to be used to harass or endanger someone by revealing their private details.

5. Hateful Symbols or Extremism: Content that includes symbols associated with hate groups (e.g. swastikas for Nazi glorification) or extremist propaganda is forbidden, unless clearly portrayed in an educational or condemning context (even then, extreme caution is warranted). Do not glorify terrorist organisations, violent extremist ideologies, or mass violence. Fantra is not a place for radicalisation or hate.

2.5 Privacy & Personal Data

Respect the privacy of others. Do not share content that includes another person’s personal data without consent. Since Fantra is focused on AI content, sharing personal data would more likely occur in text (like chats, prompts, or profile info). The following is prohibited:

1. Personal Identifiable Information (PII) of Others: Never post someone else’s full name, address, phone number, email, financial information, government ID numbers, or any other personal identifiers without explicit permission. This includes screenshots or copies of private communications. For example, don’t post a screenshot of an email or chat from someone else.

2. Images or Likeness: As stated, you cannot upload real images of others. Similarly, do not attempt to generate an AI image that incorporates a real person’s photo you have without their consent. It’s a violation of their privacy and our rules.

3. Sensitive Personal Data: Don’t share information about someone’s medical history, sexuality, intimate life, or other sensitive personal details without consent. Even if you know someone in real life, Fantra is not the place to disclose their private matters.

4. Data Scraping or Harvesting: You are not allowed to scrape data from Fantra’s platform (like user profiles or comments) for any purpose, especially not to aggregate personal information. Also, you must not use any content obtained from Fantra to attempt to identify or profile another user.

5. Your Own Privacy: While not an enforceable rule, we encourage you to also protect your own privacy. Do not post personal contact information publicly. Use discretion if you choose to share anything about your real identity.

2.6 Content Authenticity & Quality

Fantra is an AI-only content platform. To maintain a high-quality environment and trust in the platform, users must adhere to authenticity and quality standards:

1. AI-Only Content: All content should be generated by Fantra’s AI tools (or provided by the platform). Users must not attempt to upload external content or use external generators in a way that introduces unvetted material. (Currently, Fantra does not allow user-uploaded images or custom models, so this rule serves to reinforce that policy.)

2. No Evasion of Filters: Do not attempt to trick or evade Fantra’s content moderation filters or restrictions if and when these filters are active. For example, do not use codewords, alternate spellings, or other techniques to try to generate content that you know is disallowed. If the AI content filter flags your prompt, do not keep trying to bypass it with only slight changes. Such deliberate evasion can lead to penalties.

3. Accuracy and Transparency: Content should not be purposefully misleading in a way that causes harm or confusion. Given this is a fictional content platform, this mainly means:

   • Don’t present Fantra-generated content as real events or real media footage. (Anyone viewing content should assume it’s fictional, but do not attempt to hoax others into believing something real happened using AI output.)

   • If you share Fantra content outside the platform (subject to our terms on sharing), it’s good practice to clarify its AI-generated to avoid misinformation.

4. Disclosure of AI Generation: Fantra itself is an AI platform, so users generally understand content is AI-generated. However, if ever prompted or required by the platform to label content (for example, marking something as “AI-generated” in a contest or external sharing context), you must comply. This ties in with emerging best practices: we don’t want Fantra content to be passed off as real in other contexts.

5. No Spam or Scams: Do not use the content creation features to produce spam (irrelevant or repetitive content in large volumes) or to scam/phish (e.g. generating messages that impersonate Fantra staff asking for passwords, etc.). Also, do not repeatedly post unsolicited promotional content in any community spaces.

6. Quality and Relevance: While we do not generally police the “quality” of your creative content (that’s subjective), content that is extremely low-effort and en masse (such as mass-generated gibberish images or text) that burdens the platform or annoys other users may be considered abuse of the service. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that, in our sole discretion, is significantly hindering the user experience or platform performance.

2.7 Other Restrictions

1. Impersonation of Fantra or Others: Do not use Fantra to pretend to be Fantra itself, Fantra staff, or to mislead users that your content or statements are official communications. Similarly, aside from roleplay scenarios clearly in fiction, do not impersonate a real company or brand in a manner that could deceive (for example, don’t generate content that looks like an official announcement from another company) .

2. Circumvention via Code or Signals: You must not use coded language, emojis, signals, or other indirect methods to try to communicate or solicit anything that violates these policies. For instance, using secret codewords to refer to disallowed content (like using “cheese pizza” as a known code for underage content) is a violation. We treat attempts at circumvention the same as direct violations.

3. No Extortion or Blackmail: You cannot use Fantra (or content generated on Fantra) as a tool to extort or blackmail someone. For example, you cannot threaten to share someone’s personal data or AI-generated imagery unless they pay you or do something for you.

4. Third-Party Commercial Activities: Aside from Fantra’s own commerce (such as buying tokens or subscriptions if and when they are active), you may not engage in commercial advertising or sales on the platform. This means no in-content product placements, sponsored content, or external affiliate links, especially not without our approval. Fantra is not to be used as an advertising medium for other businesses. Creators (if applicable) must adhere to our Creator Advertising & Promotion rules (and should note we currently disallow commercial endorsements in AI content).

5. Content Removal Demands: You must not demand money or benefits from anyone (implicitly or explicitly) in exchange for removing or taking down content you have generated. Given content is fictional, this scenario should not occur, but this rule is analogous to “no revenge porn extortion” etc. If someone requests you to remove something (and they have a valid reason, like it accidentally resembles them), handle it civilly or involve Fantra support. Do not use content as leverage over any person.

6. Compliance with Local Laws: Where required by applicable law (such as in the EU, UK, Australia, and certain US states), any AI-generated intimate content that could reasonably be mistaken for a genuine depiction of a real person must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure that the content is 'AI-Generated' and 'Fictional'. Fantra.ai reserves the right to apply watermarks, metadata tags, or on-screen disclosures to meet these requirements.

3. Security And Technical Use

We expect users to use Fantra in a manner that does not jeopardise the security, stability, or technical integrity of our platform:

1. No Hacking or Exploiting: Do not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of Fantra. This includes introducing malicious code (viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs), performing denial-of-service attacks, or exploiting any bugs or vulnerabilities you might find. If you discover a security issue, please report it to us responsibly instead of abusing it.

2. No Automated Scraping or Unauthorised Bots: You may not use any automated tools like bots, spiders, or scrapers to access or collect data from Fantra without our prior permission. The only exception is limited indexing by public search engines as permitted by our robots.txt. Excessive requests from automation can strain our service and violate user privacy.

3. No Reverse Engineering: You must not decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of Fantra’s software or services, except as allowed by law. This includes attempting to extract source code, algorithms, or data (such as AI model weights) from the platform.

4. No Circumventing Geographic or Access Restrictions: If Fantra is not available in certain regions or certain content is region-locked, do not use VPNs, proxies, or other methods specifically to bypass those controls in order to access content or features. (Using a VPN for privacy/general use is not forbidden but using it to evade legal restrictions or platform-imposed blocks is.) Additionally, do not use VPN or proxy to attempt to create multiple accounts or avoid an account ban.

5. No Manipulation of Traffic or Metrics: You may not artificially inflate view counts, likes, or other metrics on the platform. Similarly, do not run any program that sends more requests to our servers than a human could reasonably produce in the same time using a normal interface. This includes scripts that mass-generate content or hammer the servers.

6. Respect Technical Constraints: Do not use any tools to strip away advertisements or notices on Fantra (if any) in a way that violates our terms. (For instance, using an ad-blocker might violate Fantra’s terms if ads are part of the service – currently Fantra may not have third-party ads, but this includes not blocking any in-service announcements or banners that are part of the UI).

7. Third-Party Integrations: If Fantra offers any third-party integrations or allows content export, use them as intended. Do not attempt to inject Fantra content into other systems in unauthorised ways or use external apps to alter Fantra’s functionality without permission.

4. Breach Of Policy and Consequences

Violating this Acceptable Use Policy is considered a serious matter. We reserve the right to take one or more of the following actions (in addition to any other remedies available by law or under the Terms of Service) in response to a breach:

1. Content Removal: We may remove or disable access to any content that violates these rules, without prior notice. For example, if you generate disallowed content, our moderators may delete it. In cases of less clear-cut issues, we might give you a warning or require you to edit the content, but we are not obligated to do so.

2. Warning or Suspension: For minor first-time offenses, we may issue a warning and require you to confirm your understanding of the rules. More serious or repeated violations can result in temporary account suspension (cool-down), during which you cannot access the platform.

3. Account Termination: Fantra may suspend or permanently terminate your user account for significant or repeated violations of this Policy. If your account is terminated, you are prohibited from creating a new one. We may employ technical measures to block you from returning.

4. Forfeiture of Fees or Balance: If your account is terminated due to violations, you are not entitled to any refund of unused subscription time or tokens. In certain cases of egregious abuse or fraud, we reserve the right to revoke any Fantra account balance or virtual currency you may have, as well as any earnings or payouts (if you were a content creator), to the extent permitted by law. This is to disincentivise malicious behaviour (for example, someone cannot profit from breaking the rules).

5. Reporting to Authorities: If your activities on Fantra violate the law – especially in the case of anything related to child exploitation, non-consensual imagery, or other criminal acts – we will report you to the appropriate law enforcement agencies. We will cooperate with authorities in any investigation of such wrongdoing.

6. Legal Action: In addition to the above, we reserve the right to pursue any legal remedies available to us. This could include civil actions (for example, claims for damages if your violation caused harm to us or others) or, where appropriate, private prosecution.

7. Internal Review and Appeals: If you believe action taken on your account or content is a mistake, you may contact our support team or follow the process outlined in our Complaints Policy (if available). We will review the decision. Minor violations might receive a second look; however, major violations (like CSAM or criminal acts) are generally not eligible for appeal – those decisions are final. While we strive to be fair and just, our decision on enforcement is ultimately at our sole discretion.

8. Notification: We may notify you of a violation and the action taken via the email associated with your account or via in-platform notification. However, we may not notify in cases where we are required by law to act without notification or if notifying could cause further harm (e.g., notifying a user before reporting them to law enforcement for CSAM is not appropriate).

9. Third-Party Involvement: In line with payment processor or platform requirements, we may also inform relevant third parties of breaches when necessary. For example, serious policy violations might need to be communicated to our payment processors or cloud providers as part of compliance obligations.

5. Miscellaneous

• Updates to Policy: Fantra may amend or update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website (usually in the Legal or Policies section) with the “Last Updated” date. • Relationship to Other Agreements: This Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service. If you have entered into any other specific agreements with Fantra (for example, a Creator Agreement or an Agency Agreement), you must also abide by those terms. If a specific contract clause directly conflicts with this Policy in a particular case, that specific clause may override the conflicting part of this Policy for the relevant party or situation, but it does not invalidate the rest of this Policy.

• Reporting Problems: If you encounter content or behaviour that you believe violates this Acceptable Use Policy (or any Fantra policy), please report it to us. Use the in-platform report function if available, or email our support team with details (screenshots, usernames, descriptions of the issue). We will review all reports and take appropriate action per our policies and procedures (see also our Complaints Policy if applicable).

By using Fantra, you not only agree to follow these rules yourself but also to support a culture where these rules are respected.
