Reporting Copyright Infringement: If you believe that content on Fantra infringes your copyright, you (or your agent) should submit a written notice to our designated agent. The notice must include the following information:
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list of works if multiple).
Identification of the infringing material and its location on our platform, with sufficient detail (e.g. URLs, screenshot, or description) so that we can locate it.
Your contact information, including full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (for example, that it is not fair use or licensed), made under penalty of perjury.
A statement of authority, certifying that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name at the end of your notice can suffice as an electronic signature).
Please be aware that under US law, false claims in a DMCA notice may lead to legal liability for the claimant. Fantra will review all complete and valid notifications and expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material in accordance with the DMCA. We will also notify the user who posted the content about the takedown.
Counter-Notification: If you are a Fantra user and believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA counter-notification. A valid counter-notice must include:
Identification of the content that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal (e.g. the specific URLs or post description).
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed .
Your name, address, and contact information (telephone, email).
