Community Guidelines

Fantra strives to foster a creative, respectful, and safe 18+ community. These Community Guidelines outline the standards of conduct that all Users (Creators and Fans alike) must follow on the Fantra platform. They aim to support open expression and diverse content while upholding legal and ethical obligations. By using Fantra, you agree to abide by these rules in both letter and spirit. This Policy supplements the Fantra Terms of Service and other policies; in case of conflict, this Policy prevails for the matters it addresses. All terms used here have the same meanings as in the Terms of Service unless defined below.

Definitions

For clarity, here are key definitions related to this document.

• Community means all Users on Fantra, including Creators and Fans

• Explicit Content means sexual content, extremely violent content or material inappropriate for minors, which must be kept behind adult controls

• AI Generated Media means media created or altered with artificial intelligence

• Hate Speech means content that attacks or degrades a person or group based on protected attributes

• Doxxing means publishing someone’s personal information without consent

• Enforcement Actions means warnings, content removal, temporary restrictions or permanent bans applied under these Guidelines

1. General Content Standards

1. Content Rights & Legality: You may only post content that you have the legal right to share – either you own it or have a valid license. All content must comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction where the content may be accessed. Content must not be used to incite or promote unlawful activities, and you may not re-post content that Fantra or others have previously removed for policy violations.

2. Enforcement: Fantra reserves the right to remove any user content that breaches these Guidelines without notice. Repeated or serious violations can lead to account suspension or termination as described later in these Guidelines.

2. Hate Speech, Harassment & Discrimination

Fantra has zero tolerance for hate speech or harassment. You must treat others with respect and must not use the platform to attack, threaten, or demean anyone on the basis of protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age. Slurs, hateful epithets, and content promoting segregation or exclusion are strictly prohibited. It is also forbidden to encourage or glorify violence or harm against any individual or group. Violations of this section will result in content removal and may lead to suspension or permanent account termination.

3. Terrorism and Extremism

You may not use Fantra to promote or support terrorist organisations, extremist ideologies, or violent movements. Content that glorifies, incites, or encourages terrorism or violent extremism is strictly forbidden. There are no exceptions to this rule – any such content will be removed, and the user may be reported to relevant authorities if appropriate.

4. Non-Consensual or Unwanted Sexual Content

Fantra prohibits any content involving real individuals without their explicit consent. This includes “revenge porn”or intimate images/videos taken or shared without the consent of the person depicted. Unwanted sexual advances or the sending of unsolicited explicit material to other users is also forbidden. For example, do not send explicit images to users who have not agreed to receive them. Sharing sexual content involving any person who has not consented – or sharing any sexual content with a user who has not opted in – is a serious violation and will result in enforcement action.

5. AI-Generated Media

Fantra allows AI-generated content with strict conditions to prevent misuse:

• No Harmful Deception: AI content must not be used to impersonate or misrepresent real people (other than yourself) without permission. Using AI to create pornographic or explicit depictions of real individuals (including celebrities) is forbidden unless you have documented consent and identity verification from the person depicted. Any deepfake or realistic AI replica of a person requires that person’s prior consent.

• No Minor Likeness: AI-generated people must not appear to be minors. Even a fictional or “artificial” character that resembles an under-18 individual is prohibited. Simply tagging content as “18+” or stating that “all characters are 18” is not a defence if the imagery looks underage.

• Moderation Review: AI-generated content may be subject to enhanced review. Fantra uses a “reasonable person” standard – multiple moderators will review AI depictions to judge compliance with these guidelines. Content that appears to violate rules (e.g. an AI character looking underage or an AI deepfake of someone without consent) will be removed.

• Violations: Failure to comply with these AI rules can result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity. This includes attempts to use AI to spread misinformation, commit fraud, or otherwise harm others.

6. Explicit Content

Because Fantra is an 18+ platform, adult content is permitted. However, all Explicit Content must be properly labelled as adult (18+ or NSFW) so that users are aware before viewing. Creators should utilize any provided content labelling features (e.g. marking posts as NSFW) to flag such material. In addition:

• No Minors Involved: You may not upload any content involving persons under 18, even in the background or in any capacity. This includes yourself (you must be an adult to appear in content) and any other individual. Fantra maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) – any attempt to upload or share content depicting minors (or appearing to do so) will result in immediate removal and account termination and will be reported to law enforcement.

• No Providing to Minors: Obviously, you must not attempt to provide or direct Explicit Content to any user who is (or who you suspect may be) under 18. Fantra actively age-gates all access to the platform, but if you become aware of an underage person on the platform, do not interact – report them to Fantra moderators.

• Record-Keeping: If you create content depicting real people, you are responsible for maintaining age and identity documentation for all performers as required by law (e.g. 18 U.S.C. §2257 record-keeping for U.S. creators). Fantra may request such documentation at any time to verify compliance. Never falsify or fail to retain these records – doing so is grounds for immediate removal.

• Prohibited Extreme Content: While pornographic and adult content is allowed within reason, Fantra forbids content that is extreme, obscene, or non-consensual. Content must not depict or promote any of the following: sexual activities involving minors, bestiality (sexual acts with animals), incest, rape or sexual violence (real or simulated), necrophilia (sexual acts with corpses), sexual torture, extreme abuse or coercion, or any form of human trafficking or exploitation. Such content is not only against our policies but is often illegal and will be removed. Additionally, content that includes actual self-harm, excessive violence, or bodily fluids/excrement in a context that is obscene is prohibited (e.g. scatological content or “snuff” imagery). Fantra will determine, in its sole discretion, if content crosses the line into prohibited territory and will act swiftly to remove it.

• Public Sexual Activity: Explicit sexual content must not be filmed or broadcast from illegal locations or in view of the unsuspecting public. For example, do not post sexual acts in public spaces where bystanders might see (this does not include isolated private property). Any content showing public nudity or sex in jurisdictions where it’s unlawful will be removed.

7. Privacy and Personal Information

Respect others’ privacy. You may not post anyone’s personal or identifying information without their explicit consent. This includes (but is not limited to) full real names, home or work addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, financial information, identity documents or photos, and any other private details. Attempts to doxx (expose someone’s identity or private info maliciously) are strictly forbidden. Even if you come to know another user’s personal details, you must not share them publicly or with third parties. Fantra also cautions users not to reveal their own sensitive personal info in public areas of the platform for safety reasons.

8. Impersonation

You may not impersonate another individual or entity on Fantra. Creating accounts or posting content pretending to be someone else (another creator, a celebrity, a Fantra staff member, etc.) is prohibited. Misrepresentation can cause confusion or harm – if there’s any risk viewers could be misled, don’t do it.

9. Unlawful Content and Behaviour

Fantra strictly forbids any use of the platform for unlawful purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Illegal Goods/Services: Do not use Fantra to advertise or deal in illegal products or services (e.g. illegal drugs, weapons, contraband) . Similarly, content that promotes criminal activities (like how-to guides for crimes) is not allowed.

• Child Exploitation: As stated, any sexual content involving individuals below the age of consent (minors) is absolutely prohibited. Fantra will report any instances of child exploitation to the appropriate authorities.

• Self-Harm or Suicide Promotion: Content that glorifies or encourages suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, or any form of deliberate injury to oneself is not allowed. You may discuss these topics in a supportive or educational manner but never encourage or facilitate such behaviour. Fantra may provide resources or intervene if necessary to protect users.

• Bullying and Threats: Direct threats, bullying, or intimidation of other users have no place on Fantra. This includes threatening someone with violence, blackmail, or any other harm. Harassing someone to the point of them feeling unsafe is a serious violation.

• Obscenity and Other Illegal Content: Content that is considered obscene or unlawful under applicable laws (even if not explicitly listed above) is prohibited. Fantra will evaluate content under relevant laws (AU, UK, EU, US and others) and its own standards – if content is found to be illegal (e.g. extreme pornography in places it’s banned, incitement of violence, etc.), it will be removed. Fantra’s determination on whether content violates law or these Guidelines is final.

10. User Behaviour Requirements

All users must conduct themselves ethically and safely on Fantra. By using the platform, you agree to not engage in any of the following behaviours:

• Exploitation or Trafficking: You must not use Fantra in any way to facilitate human trafficking, exploitation of persons, or non-consensual sexual activities. You also may not offer or solicit prostitution or escort services through the platform. Any content or behaviour hinting at exchange of sexual services for money outside the platform is prohibited.

• Violence and Abuse: Do not promote or glorify real-world violence, brutality, or sexual violence. You must not engage in or encourage acts of violence against anyone. Threats of rape or assault are prohibited as per the above sections.

• Platform Integrity: Do not hack, exploit, or tamper with the Fantra platform. This includes attempting to bypass security features, introducing malware or viruses, or otherwise interfering with the normal functioning of the site. Also, no spamming or flooding: activities like mass messaging, posting repetitive comments, or “trolling” that disrupts others’ experience are not allowed.

• Illegal Commerce: Fantra is not to be used for unlawful commercial activities. This means you cannot promote the sale of illegal drugs, engage in fraud schemes, or run any kind of illicit business via your account.

• Intellectual Property: Do not infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy rights. Upload only content you have rights to (see Section 1) and do not use Fantra to distribute pirated material. Also, you may not record or redistribute another creator’s content without authorisation – respect creators’ copyrights and do not impersonate or falsely associate yourself with any person or company.

Fantra actively monitors compliance with these standards through human review and may use automated tools if and when they become active. If we find behaviour that is harmful to the community, we will take action. Be aware that even if a specific behaviour is not listed above, Fantra may remove content or suspend accounts at its sole discretion if the conduct is deemed harmful, unsafe, or contrary to the spirit of these Guidelines . In serious cases, Fantra may also refer matters to law enforcement (for example, if crimes are involved) .

Compliance with these Community Guidelines is mandatory. Violations may result in warnings, content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans. By fostering a positive and respectful environment, we ensure Fantra remains a safe space for adult creativity and interaction.
